Będąc odpowiedzialnym za proces najmu powierzchni biurowej w Warszawie i w miastach regionalnych (Łódź, Gdańsk) poznałem pełne spectrum potrzeb Klientów a także możliwości jakie daje budynek biurowy. Z sukcesem reprezentowałem i dalej reprezentuję Klientów poszukujących powierzchni biurowej, wspierałem przy komercjalizacji budynek The Tides, współpracowałem też funduszem Bluehouse Capital w Warszawie i Krakowie oraz szczycę się być konsultantem nieruchomościowym AstraZeneca Poland.
Jestem człowiekiem, który uparcie dąży do perfekcji we wszystkim czym się zajmuje i pomimo przeszkód pragnie osiągnąć zamierzone cele.
A co jest moim celem?
Robić to co lubię, obcować z ludźmi oraz z satysfakcją wykorzystywać swoją wiedzę i doświadczenie doradzając innym w podejmowaniu trafnych decyzji. Poczucie dobrze wykonanej i docenionej pracy jest wartością samą w sobie…
Choć moje główne wykształcenie jakim jest historia (w późniejszym czasie ukończyłem studia podyplomowe z nieruchomości oraz uzyskałem licencję pośrednika), pozornie jest dalekie od tego czym się zajmuję, dało mi możliwość rozwinięcia dodatkowej pasji, jaką jest architektura przedwojennej Warszawy. W ten sposób łączę znajomość rynku biurowego z wiedzą o przeszłości miasta.

I have been involved with the Real Estate market for 18 years. During this period I worked for major developers – Echo Investment SA, Skanska Property Sp. o.o., Capital Park SA. being responsible for the process of leasing office space in Warsaw and regional cities (Łódź, Gdańsk) where I learned a full spectrum of customers’ needs and the possibilities offered by office buildings. I have been succesfully representing clients looking for an office space, I supported The Tides office building in the leasing process, I was cooperating with Bluehouse Capital in Warsaw and Cracow and proud myself to be RE consultant of AstraZeneca Poland.
I am a man who stubbornly strives for perfection in everything I do and despite the obstacles wants to achieve its goals.
And what is my purpose?
Doing what I like, associating with people and use my knowledge and experience to advise others making right decisions. A sense of well-done and appreciated work is a value in itself …
Although my primary education which is a history (later on I completed my postgraduate studies in Real Estate and aquired a commercial brokerage license), is apparently a far cry from what I am doing, it gives me the opportunity to develop additional passion, which is architecture of pre-war Warsaw. In this way I combine expertise of the office market with the knowledge of the city’s past.
